Whether you’re seeking quick tips, deep insights, or a space to share your expertise, the Domo Community has something for everyone. Here’s how to get started and why you should join us today.
How to sign up for the Community Forums
- Click sign in
Start by navigating to the Domo Community Forums and clicking on the “Sign In” button. It’s in the top right corner on the Forums page.
- Start the SSO process
Enter your company domain to initiate the Single Sign-On (SSO) process. This step ensures a secure and seamless login experience.
- Click “allow”
Allow the Community Forums to connect to your Domo account. Your email and company information remain private, ensuring your security.
- Create a username
Choose a unique username that will be your public identity within the Community.
Your username and avatar are the only public information that others can see about you on the Forums. Your email and company will not be shared.
- Fill out welcome details
Provide some additional information to complete your profile, including your country and geographic location (optional).
You may choose to share your LinkedIn profile to connect with others beyond the Forums.
You can also share a personal portfolio, if desired. Some community members use this space to link to their YouTube accounts or other helpful resources they’ve created for Domo users.

- Congratulations! You’re now a member of the Domo Community Forums.
- Join regional social groups (optional)
If you live and work outside North America, you can also join our regional social groups:
- EMEA: A social group for Domo users in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to connect and attend regional-specific events.
- APAC: A social group for Domo users in Asia-Pacific to connect and attend regional-specific events.
Note that you’ll be prompted to share your reason for joining before you’re approved.
