One of the most famous lines from the 1986 blockbuster film Top Gun is when Maverick says to Goose, “I feel the need. The need … for speed!”

From the floor of a Pep Boys service garage, Brian (pictured above, left) kicks off the customer portion of the first-ever digital Domopalooza talking about how Domo has enabled one of the nation’s leading automotive aftermarket chains to shift into a higher gear.
Thanks to Domo, the entire organization now works from a single source of truth and has transparency on key performance indicators (KPIs)—levers that drive the company’s growing business and permit it to go even further.
Once Brian finishes telling his story, Jack Pelo (above, right) steps into the spotlight. Jack is the president and CEO of Swire Coca-Cola, USA, which produces, sells, and distributes Coca-Cola and other beverages to more than 60,000 retail customers in 13 states across the American West.
Swire engaged in a short proof-of-concept (POC) with Domo last year to see if Domo’s technology could meet the expectations of its executive team and “were blown away at how fast and easy it was for Domo to deliver value,” Jack said.
“In one meeting,” he continued, “we were looking at performance across regions and product lines. We had just introduced a new product and wanted to know if it was adding net new sales or if it was cannibalizing revenue from existing products. Within 5 minutes, we had that data brought into Domo and had an instant picture of how that new product line was contributing to growth in every part of our territory.”
